We are looking for a dynamic and proactive MBA graduate to join our Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, promoting pharmaceutical products, and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential clients .
Promote pharmaceutical products and solutions as per company guidelines
Develop marketing and sales strategies for assigned regions
Conduct field visits and client meetings to understand market needs
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client support
Track sales targets, prepare reports, and provide regular updates
Participate in industry events, product launches, and training sessions
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Interest or background in pharma/healthcare sector
Ability to understand and explain technical product details
Self-motivated, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and client interactions
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
