Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, references, etc.)
Pitch recruitment/HR services to potential clients and close deals
Manage end-to-end business development cycle - lead generation to client onboarding
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business
Coordinate with internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements
Maintain database and sales records
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment consultancy or HR agency
Freshers are also OK
Strong understanding of B2B sales and HR/recruitment service offerings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
