Key Responsibilities
Make outbound telesales calls to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Promote
PhD research assistance, publication support, and R&D services
to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable research and development solutions.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure lead conversion.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with researchers, scholars, and academic institutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.
Key Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills (English mandatory).
Good telephone etiquette and client handling skills.
Ability to explain
research and development services
clearly to potential clients.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word)
for reporting and documentation.
Prior experience in telesales, academic sales, or research service sales will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree (preferred: Business, Engineering, or related field).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
