Business Development Executives (Telesales)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our financial products and services. Clearly explain offerings, answer queries, and generate interest over the phone. Accurately enter and update customer data in databases and CRM systems. Verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with internal teams to clarify client requirements and resolve issues. Generate basic reports to assist in decision-making. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred) Experience: 0-2 years in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support (Freshers welcome) Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Positive attitude and willingness to learn
