Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Business Development Executive (Telecalling)

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services. Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to generate interest. Maintain and update the lead database with follow-up information. Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals. Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, or messages. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities and results. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth conversion and onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objection, negotiate, and persuade clients. Good command of English and local language (as per location). Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
