Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves sales outreach, solution presentation, proposal management, and closing deals with businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and networking.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable Website, CRM, ERP, or Software solutions.
Conduct product/service presentations and discussions to clearly communicate solution benefits.
Prepare and present proposals/quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and build strong long-term client relationships.
Update CRM records, track leads, conversions, and maintain sales reports.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales
(preferably in IT/software/digital solutions).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English required).
Ability to explain technology solutions in a simple and business-centric manner.
Confidence in conducting client calls, meetings, and demos.
Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Ability to work full-time, in-office with no remote flexibility.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience selling Websites, CRM, ERP, or Software Development services.
Understanding of business workflows and digital transformation needs.
Experience using CRM tools for sales management.
