Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Omni Career Hub's Surat office. This is a full-time position at a junior level, requiring a work experience of 1 to 3 years. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission by identifying growth opportunities, promoting our services, and playing a vital role in expanding our reach within the education sector.

  • Qualifications and SkillsLead Generation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • ATL/BTL Activity (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in planning and executing above the line and below the line marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
  • Marketing Activity (Mandatory skill): Strong capability in developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and business opportunities.
  • Sales: Experienced in driving sales processes, meeting targets, and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Field Work: Willingness and capability to engage in fieldwork to further business development initiatives.
  • Academic Advising: Capability to guide students and young professionals in educational and career decision-making processes.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and negotiate deals with potential clients and partners.
  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.
