About the Role
As a Business Development Executive (Subscription Services), you will be responsible for expanding our provider network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding medical centers and doctors into our subscription-based platform. You will own the full sales cycle -- from outreach to closing -- and play a key role in growing recurring revenue across Asia and the EMEA region.
This role requires strong, closer, confident communication skills, and a strategic mindset to develop long-term partnerships that help healthcare providers reach international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Hospital and Clinics Acquisition
Identify, prospect, and engage clinics, hospitals, and medical specialists to join PlacidWay subscription platform.
Pitch & Close
Deliver high-impact presentations tailored to each provider's needs, clearly articulating the value of our global network.
Convert qualified leads into long-term subscription partners.
Subscription Sales
Drive adoption of the subscription model and consistently grow recurring revenue across key medical specialties and target regions.
Onboarding Management
Assist new providers through onboarding to ensure a smooth setup and positive experience on the platform.
Sales Tracking & CRM Systems
Use a Sales CRM to manage your pipeline, maintain accurate records, and track performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to enhance the provider experience and support their launch success.
Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly subscription sales targets, with strong discipline in reporting, follow-ups, and forecasting.
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles (experience with subscription-based services is preferred).
Strong closing skills, with a track record of converting prospects into paying subscribers.
CRM-savvy, with experience using CRM.
Proficient in using AI to optimize workflows, improve targeting, and accelerate the business development process
Strong understanding of outreach strategies, market research, and lead qualifications.
Results-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
Passionate about healthcare innovation, medical access, and building impactful partnerships.
