Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join

our Aquatron Sales Team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing

client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and coordinating

between clients and internal teams for execution of wastewater management and STP

projects.

The role requires both technical understanding and strong communication skills, as it

involves interacting with consultants, architects, contractors, and clients to promote

Aquatron-based sustainable treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

? Identify potential clients in the real estate, institutional, and industrial sectors

requiring wastewater treatment or STP solutions.

? Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and online research.

? Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and project

management consultants (PMCs).

? Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client

requirements.

? Understand project scopes, site conditions, and client expectations before proposing

solutions.

? Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and closure of orders.

2. Client Coordination:

? Coordinate with the Design, Project, and Operations teams for accurate project

estimation and execution feasibility.

? Handle pre-sales and post-sales activities, including client meetings, proposal

clarifications, and documentation.

? Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams during project

execution.

3. Market Research & Reporting:

? Keep track of current tenders, upcoming projects, and competitor activities in the

region.

? Update and maintain CRM records for all client communications, follow-ups, and

status reports.

? Submit weekly and monthly business reports to management.

? Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events to promote the

brand.

4. Product & Technical Awareness:

? Develop a thorough understanding of Aquatron-based decentralized STP systems

-- including features, benefits, and technical differentiators.

? Present technical concepts clearly to clients, both in-person and via virtual meetings.

? Train to interpret STP layouts, drawings, and design concepts with assistance

from technical teams.

5. Branding & Promotion:

? Support in creating marketing material, case studies, and client presentations.

? Build a strong brand image of Aquatron as a sustainable wastewater solution

provider.

? Promote environment-friendly and decentralized wastewater solutions aligned with

modern green building standards.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Technical & Functional Skills:

? Knowledge of STPs, wastewater treatment processes, plumbing systems, or

environmental technologies preferred.

? Experience in handling B2B sales or institutional project sales (STP, WTP, or

infrastructure-related).

? Proficiency in preparing and explaining techno-commercial quotations.

? Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Soft Skills:

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

? Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

? Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and coordination skills.

? Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

? Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits.

Language Proficiency (Preferred):

? English: Fluent in written and verbal communication (mandatory).

? Hindi: Conversational fluency for inter-state coordination.

? Telugu: Strong preference for local communication in Hyderabad and surrounding

regions.

? Marathi / Kannada: Added advantage for cross-regional coordination.

Educational Qualification:

? Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering, or Business Administration.

? MBA (Sales/Marketing/Operations) preferred but not mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

? Monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.

? Proposal submission to order conversion ratio.

? Client satisfaction and repeat business generation.

? Timely reporting and documentation.
