Job Summary



We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive

to drive growth and client acquisition for our

Staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle -- from prospecting to closure.
You will collaborate closely with our recruitment and delivery teams to ensure clients receive tailored and high-quality talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting



Research and identify potential clients across target industries requiring staffing and RPO solutions. Leverage multiple channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events) to generate qualified leads. Develop, maintain, and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.

Sales & Business Development



Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote company services. Understand client hiring needs and challenges to propose customised recruitment solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service satisfaction. Regularly review client performance and provide proactive support to strengthen partnerships.

Market Analysis & Strategy



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client industry movements. Provide insights and feedback to management to refine service offerings and go-to-market strategies. Identify potential sectors or geographies for business expansion.

Collaboration with Recruitment Teams



Work closely with recruiters to align on client requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate quality. Ensure effective communication between sales and delivery teams for seamless execution. Share client feedback to continuously improve recruitment delivery and client satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Performance



Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities, meetings, and client interactions in CRM. Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversions, and pipeline health. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and business growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications



3+ years' experience

in business development, sales, or account management within the

staffing or RPO industry

(required).

2+ years' experience

specifically in the recruitment or staffing industry. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing models, and RPO delivery frameworks. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Desired Skills



Experience selling recruitment solutions to mid-sized or enterprise clients. Knowledge of specific industries (IT, healthcare, finance, construction, or engineering) is advantageous. Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior stakeholders and HR decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
