Business Development Executive
who can bring in
Staff Augmentation
clients and build meaningful partnerships.

What You'll Do:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads for
staff augmentation services
(IT/Non-IT).
Develop and manage client relationships to onboard new staff augmentation clients.
Have a solid understanding of
staffing, IT resource outsourcing
, and
staff augmentation models
.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via:
Cold calling
Email campaigns
LinkedIn outreach
Networking and industry events
Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Represent
LDT Technology
at client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Go-getter attitude with a passion for sales
Familiarity with IT staffing and outsourcing is a strong plus
Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a strong career in business development
