: As a Business Development Executive specializing in solar projects, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships within the solar industry. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by promoting our solar solutions and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar industry, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solar solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and incentives related to solar energy projects.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends using CRM software
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and challenges.

Requirements :-

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience or Fresher who is enthusiastic in business development, sales, or marketing within the solar energy industry
• Strong understanding of solar technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed.
