Overview



We are looking for a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to drive sales and client acquisition for our

website design and development services

. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, convert clients, and achieve sales targets in the IT and digital solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients in target industries and markets. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Sales & Client Acquisition

Pitch website design, development, and digital solutions to SMEs, startups, and enterprises. Conduct client meetings (virtual/onsite), demos, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Networking

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, email marketing, and social media outreach. Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to expand client base. Contribute to brand positioning in the IT & digital services space.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and coordinate with design/development teams for project execution. Act as the key point of contact for queries, feedback, and escalations.

Reporting & Strategy

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Analyze sales performance and market trends to suggest improvements. Work with senior management to align sales strategies with company growth goals.

Required Skills & Expertise



Proven experience in

sales or business development in IT / web solutions / digital services

. Strong understanding of

website design, development technologies, and digital marketing services

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines. Strong networking and relationship-building ability.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in

B2B sales / business development

(in software industry). Knowledge of web development processes and digital tools will be a strong advantage.
