You'll be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities. However, it's not just about winning new business. You'll also provide ongoing account management to ensure we deliver quality service. Experience in building strong working relationships with key decision-makers, along with the confidence to provide sound information and advice, identify the customer's needs and provide the right solution. The ability to cross-sell, negotiate & close a deal

Must Haves

3+ years of proven track record of selling IT/ SAAS products or digital solutions in a B2B or B2C environment (Preferred experience in sales related to AI Tools, Hosting and Domain services. However, if you excel in sales and are confident in taking on new challenges, you are welcome to apply.) Excellent presentation and communication skills Customer service experience via email and telephone are essential Proactive, dedicated, and self-motivated attitude Able to converse clearly and concisely over the phone Appears confident and assertive, but not aggressive in all internal/external dealings Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions that meet these needs across their organization as a whole Excellent organizational skills Ability to work on own initiative Understand clients requirements and converse with the client in technical terminologies Clear demonstration of an interest in Digital Internet technologies Building and maintaining a CRM database Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
