Business Development Manager (Software Lead Generation)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and closing leads for software development and IT services--both from
domestic (Indian government & enterprise)
and
international (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn)
channels.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through
Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelance/outsourcing platforms.
Identify and develop business opportunities with
Government agencies
(GEM, NICSI, UP Electronics, etc.).
Prepare and submit
proposals, tenders, and bids
for government and private projects.
Build strong client relationships and maintain a consistent communication pipeline.
Research market trends and identify potential business expansion areas.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare client presentations and demos.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (2-5 years) in
lead generation or business development
for IT/software services.
Hands-on experience with
Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
.
Familiarity with
GEM, NICSI, and other government procurement platforms
.
Strong understanding of
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
and technology trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
