Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive (Male)

with a strong background in marketing and a passion for driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating new business opportunities, building strong professional networks, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and generate new business leads through networking, industry events, online platforms, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Drive brand positioning, visibility, and reputation in target markets. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to conversion. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Report regularly on performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Key Requirements:



Minimum 1 years of proven experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the software or IT industry. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech in IT or related fields). Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and strategic planning. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to convert leads into long-term business partnerships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus. Experience in international business and client handling across multiple time zones .
