Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and nurture
qualified leads
through LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach.
Understand client needs and propose
custom software development solutions
(web, mobile, SaaS, AI).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in IT/software services sales, B2B sales, or digital solutions sales.
Strong understanding of
software development lifecycle
, web & mobile technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in closing deals.
Ability to work on-site and coordinate with internal teams effectively.
Preferred:
Experience in
international client acquisition
(LinkedIn, Upwork, Email, or cold calling).
Understanding of lead generation tools and CRM management.
Previous experience working with a
startup or IT agency
