Neoverce IT Solutions is seeking a

highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE/BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and nurture

qualified leads

through LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach. Understand client needs and propose

custom software development solutions

(web, mobile, SaaS, AI). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations. Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly

sales targets

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years in IT/software services sales, B2B sales, or digital solutions sales. Strong understanding of

software development lifecycle

, web & mobile technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in closing deals. Ability to work on-site and coordinate with internal teams effectively.

Preferred:

Experience in

international client acquisition

(LinkedIn, Upwork, Email, or cold calling). Understanding of lead generation tools and CRM management. Previous experience working with a

startup or IT agency
