Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company offering reliable solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Kerala. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our expansion in Wayanad.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate quality leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and promote suitable solar solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets within the timeline.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handling.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or marketing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and customer handling ability.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Wayanad.
Candidates with solar or electrical sales experience will have an added advantage.
