Position Overview



We are hiring Business Development Executives (Immigration/Sales) who are passionate about communication, client handling, and sales. We welcome fresh graduates and candidates from sales, BDE, BDM, tele sales, inside sales, EdTech, immigration or consulting backgrounds.

Professionals looking to switch into a high-growth international immigration industry. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role focused on understanding customer needs, presenting services, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities


- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, walk-ins, meetings, and digital inquiries.

- Understand client goals and propose suitable immigration or international education pathways.

- Explain WeAbide's services, value proposition, and process clearly and confidently.- Maintain consistent follow-ups to build strong long-term client relationships.- Manage and update lead records using CRM tools

.- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, case processing, counseling) to support client onboarding.

- Learn and stay updated on major immigration programs for countries such as Australia, Canada and the USA.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements



- Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)

.-Enthusiasm for sales, client interaction, and consultative discussions.

- Ability to understand client needs and pitch services effectively.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets

.- Good organizational and CRM skills.- Freshers and candidates from non-immigration industries are welcome.

Flat 10% additional incentive structure on performance.

Office Timings:

10 AM - 6 PM

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Note

- The 3rd Saturday of every month is off.
