Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through webinars, campaigns, and inquiries.
Understand student/working professional requirements and recommend suitable Sales courses.
Conduct
soft-selling conversations
--need-based, value-driven, and non-pushy.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and timely reminders.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Presentation & Communication
Present course details clearly to prospective learners.
Explain curriculum, career outcomes, certification, and academy benefits.
Conduct short product demos or info sessions when required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls and meetings.
Relationship Building
Build strong rapport with potential learners to improve conversion rates.
Guide them through the enrollment and onboarding process.
Maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Coordination & Reporting
Update CRM with lead status, follow-up details, and conversions.
Coordinate with the training team for student orientations.
Provide weekly sales reports and feedback to improve processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-1 years of sales experience
(ed-tech or training industry preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct
soft sales
based on understanding the learner's needs.
Knowledge of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and basic CRM usage.
Confidence to speak with students, parents, and working professionals.
Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in academic counseling, telesales, or career guidance.
Knowledge of Sales domain or ability to learn quickly.
Comfortable presenting in webinars (optional but added advantage).
Multi-language proficiency is a plus.
