Business Development Executive
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the industrial equipment and compressor segment.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Generate leads through cold calls, visits, networking, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with the technical and service teams to provide suitable solutions to customers.
Meet monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition objectives.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reports in CRM tools.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events on behalf of the company.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in industrial sales, compressors, pumps, or engineering products preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
