Business Development Executive (sales)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for our rapidly expanding SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment. As the primary driver of revenue growth, you'll be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, managing leads, and taking ownership of the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

:

Cold Outreach

: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new business opportunities.

Relationship Building

: Develop strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process and positioning the product effectively.

Lead Management

: Track and manage leads through the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.

Social Media Handling

: Engage with prospects and promote the product on social media platforms to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Follow-ups

: Regularly follow up with potential clients and leads to ensure timely communication and maintain engagement.

Product Demos

: Provide online product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and features of the product to meet their needs.

Revenue Growth

: Proactively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets by executing a revenue-driven strategy.

Collaboration

: Work closely with founders to refine messaging and support marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or customer success roles, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.

Excellent communication skills

in English, both written and verbal, with a focus on building rapport and trust with international clients. Experience in cold outreach and managing the full sales cycle. Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion techniques. Familiarity with CRM tools to manage leads and follow-up processes effectively. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment. Previous experience with handling social media for business development is a plus. Proven ability to hit sales targets and drive revenue growth.
