to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, identify leads, and convert them into qualified prospects. You will be instrumental in building relationships with potential clients, driving the growth of our IT services, and ensuring we stay ahead in the competitive IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and source new business leads through a variety of methods, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, industry events, and networking.
Business Development:
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries to generate interest in our IT solutions.
Sales Outreach:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities and refine the approach to lead generation.
Client Presentation:
Present and communicate the value of our IT services to prospective clients, explaining how our solutions can address their business challenges.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company growth targets.
Reporting and Analytics:
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system, and report progress against sales targets and KPIs.
Networking:
Attend industry events, webinars, and online forums to build your network and generate new leads.
Follow-up:
Consistently follow up on inbound and outbound leads to ensure timely responses and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ years) in
business development

lead generation
, or
sales
within the IT/technology industry.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing
techniques, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Expertise in
cold calling
and direct outreach to potential clients to generate interest and drive sales.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch IT services effectively.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term business relationships.
A deep understanding of the IT industry, products, and services to position solutions effectively.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and a self-starter with a passion for growth and achieving results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Previous experience in B2B sales, IT services, or software development solutions.
