Product Knowledge:
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the art courses offered, including different art forms, skill levels catered to, schedules, and any unique features or benefits.
Customer Engagement:
Engage potential customers in friendly and informative conversations, highlighting the value and advantages of enrolling in art classes.
Lead Nurturing:
Maintain a database of potential students and consistently follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and encourage enrolment
Registration Assistance:
Assist interested students in completing the registration process for art classes, providing instructions, guidance, and clarifying necessary form to fill.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting potential students into enrolled students through effective demos and persistent follow-up.
CRM Management:
Record all interactions, inquiries, and sales-related data accurately and efficiently using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Stay Informed:
Stay up-to-date with current art trends, techniques, and developments in the art community to enhance your sales pitch and address student inquiries effectively
Arrange Demo Classes:
Identify potential students who express interest and schedule demo classes to provide them with a first-hand experience of the teaching methodology, atmosphere, and learning outcomes of the art classes.
Demo Preparation:
Collaborate with the art instructors or relevant personnel to prepare and conduct engaging demos that demonstrate the benefits and learning outcomes of the art classes.
Follow-Up Communication:
After the demo, promptly follow up with the potential student to address any further questions or concerns and provide additional information as needed.
Maintain a database of potential customers and schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads and encourage enrolment.
Answer Inquiries:
Respond to inquiries and concerns from individuals, providing accurate and helpful information to address their questions about the art classes.
Provide Recommendations:
Assess the specific interests and skill levels of individuals and recommend suitable art classes, emphasizing the benefits and growth opportunities associated with each program.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills:
Possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of art clearly and persuasively.
Fluent in English
Passion for Art and Education:
Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for art and a belief in its educational and developmental benefits.
Sales Experience:
Previous experience in industries - Ed-Tech, E-Commerce, BPO/ITES Telecom/ E-learning telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. However, a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to build rapport are essential.
Patience and Empathy:
Show patience and empathy while addressing customer concerns or questions, understanding the importance of choosing the right art course for their children.
Organizational Skills:
Possess excellent organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer data efficiently.
Basic Computer Skills:
Familiarity with basic computer applications, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
