At Conexao Technology Solutions we are a team of Automation & Software Experts headquartered in Goa. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Job details are given below:

Panjim Goa

Qualification :

MBA (Marketing/ Sales/Business Development preferred)

Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE) or equivalent technical discipline

Experience :

1-3 years, Freshers having relevant skills can also apply.

Skills/Requirements :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

Self-motivated, result-driven approach with a passion for sales and marketing.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Should be currently residing in Goa or Goan professionals willing to relocate back to Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and conferences.

Build brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Coordinate sales projects and work toward achieving assigned targets.

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and presentations to prospective clients.

Collaborate with internal teams for execution of projects and client requirements.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and pipeline.

Frequent travel within India and occasional international travel.
