Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Sales Execution
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Marketing Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences.
Market Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to management for product/service improvements.
Reporting
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Track KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
