Job Description

Job Purpose:


To drive patient acquisition and revenue growth by actively identifying, developing, and executing field marketing and business development opportunities for the clinic. The role involves building strong local networks, increasing patient flow, and ensuring long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct field marketing activities, including doctor visits, local tie-ups, corporate connect programs, and community outreach. Identify new opportunities to increase patient footfall through referrals, partnerships, and local promotions. Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, salons, gyms, and corporate for cross-referrals. Monitor and analyse patient acquisition data to optimise marketing strategies. Support in planning and executing campaigns, events, health talks, and workshops. Achieve monthly targets for patient leads, consultations, and conversions. Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless patient experience from lead generation to consultation. Track competitors' activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate/MBA with 2-6 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, pharma, or service industry sales/marketing. Strong field marketing and business development experience. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently. Familiarity with the dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
