Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive
Location: Pondicherry
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
The ideal candidate will have experience across all stages of the sales cycle. The candidate should be confident in building new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement with existing clients
Manage and track the sales pipeline to ensure timely closures
Identify market trends and analyze competitors to establish competitive advantages
Create and maintain a prospective client database
Perform cold calling and lead generation activities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pondicherry
Comfortable working in a Work From Office (WFO) environment

Pay: Up to ?60,146.60 per month
