Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken
Business Development Executive / Sales Coordinator
to work from our office. The person will manage incoming leads, make calls, schedule meetings with potential clients, support proposal/document creation, and ensure continuous follow-ups until the deal is closed.
This is a
high-responsibility role
supporting the CEO directly.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Calling & Initial Qualification
Call inbound/outbound leads provided by the company.
Explain our services clearly to potential clients.
Understand client requirements at a high level and record detailed notes.
Qualify high-potential prospects for the CEO.
2. Meeting Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule discovery calls, demos, and proposal presentations.
Manage the CEO's calendar to avoid overlaps or double-booking.
Ensure reminders are sent to clients before meetings.
Join meetings when needed to take notes.
3. Documentation & Proposal Support
Create proposal drafts in Word/PDF format.
Update pitch decks, service documents, pricing sheets, and BRDs.
Maintain CRM entries properly (lead status, next follow-up date, call summary).
Prepare meeting minutes and share internally.
4. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
Call/WhatsApp/email clients regularly until closure.
Track all follow-ups in CRM with correct timelines.
Push clients for decisions and coordinate with internal team if required.
Give daily/weekly updates to the CEO.
5. Deal Closure Assistance
Support negotiation and final documentation.
Coordinate for onboarding, contract signing, and advance payments.
Ensure no lead goes cold due to miss-communication or delay.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi).
Confident phone manner.
Strong follow-up discipline.
Good with Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools.
Ability to prepare documents, proposals, and meeting summaries.
Understanding of IT services is a plus (not mandatory).
Preferred Experience
0-4 years in inside sales, tele-calling, sales coordination, or business development.
Experience working with CEOs or senior management is an advantage.
