Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven

Business Development Executive

with proven experience in preparing

RFPs, EOIs, and bid proposals

. The ideal candidate should have

strong communication skills

, proficiency in

MS Office tools

, and the ability to work independently to drive business opportunities, build client relationships, and support proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit

RFPs, EOIs, and tender documents

.

Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

.

Coordinate with internal teams for

proposal development

.

Conduct

market research

and track tender platforms.

Build and maintain

client relationships

.

Create

presentations and marketing materials

in MS Office.

Provide regular updates on

business development activities

.

Key Skills & Requirements:

3-8 years

in business development and proposal writing

Experience with RFP/EOI/tender preparation

Proficient in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong verbal and written communication

Detail-oriented, organized, and meets deadlines

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Team player with a proactive mindset
