Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive specializing in IT embedded product sales. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, and market research to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have a knack for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and have a deep understanding of the embedded systems industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Outbound Sales

: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and establish initial contact. Research potential leads and build a comprehensive database of prospective customers in the IT and embedded systems domain. Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Sales Outreach

: Engage with prospects through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms to present embedded IT products and solutions. Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team and technical experts. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.

Market Research & Analysis

: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and competitors in the embedded systems space. Stay updated on industry standards, technological developments, and customer requirements to tailor sales pitches effectively.

Collaboration & Reporting

: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and customer acquisition. Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the BD manager. Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education

: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.

Experience

: 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in IT/embedded product sales. Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship-building.

Skills

: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Knowledge of the embedded systems industry, with an understanding of hardware and software solutions.
