We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive
with proven experience in the
SaaS industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our software products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the SaaS domain.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.
Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights to support product improvements.
Meet monthly and quarterly business growth KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1-3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales specifically in the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, subscription models, and software platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical products to customers.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B SaaS selling.
Knowledge of lead generation automation tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
