Job Summary
Zylu is hiring BDEs to handle inbound and outbound leads for our SaaS product built for salons. This role involves sales calls, demos, pipeline management, and target closures.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound/outbound leads through calls, emails, and CRM workflows.
Deliver tailored product demos to salon owners and decision-makers.
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Accurately maintain sales pipeline and reports in CRM.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure campaign alignment and gather lead feedback.
Mentor and guide junior BDEs to improve outreach and conversions (for the BDM role).
Provide customer insights to enhance GTM strategies and product positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or SMB sales
Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in
English, Hindi
, and at least
one regional language
(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM tools and sales dashboards
Self-driven with a structured approach to selling
Consultative selling experience preferred
