About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing robotics & animation team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of global markets, and a proven track record in business-to-business sales. You will be responsible for expanding our business client base, promoting our robotics & animation services, and building long-term relationships with media, entertainment, advertising, educational Institutions and corporate clients worldwide.



Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets for animation services & develop and execute sales strategies to promote robotics products and solutions in educational institutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and production houses globally. Present and pitch animation concepts and solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client expectations are met. Attending international trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote the brand. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Media, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in media, animation, or creative industries. Strong understanding of animation production pipelines and creative processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. Multilingual skills are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
