Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align services with market needs.
Prepare and deliver proposals that clearly address client needs and outline solutions.
Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
Meet and exceed sales targets established by management.
Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client communications effectively.
Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
