Business Development Executive
with experience in IT Sales and Online Bidding (Upwork). If you love communicating with clients, building strategies, and driving revenue, this role is for you!
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through various platforms and channels.
Online Bidding:
Prepare proposals and bid on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
Client Communication:
Coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, and maintain strong relationships.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business goals.
Deal Closure:
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in IT Sales / Online Bidding (Upwork).
Strong understanding of IT services and project requirements.
Excellent communication & proposal writing skills.
Proven record of closing deals and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
