Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the travel and tourism sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and corporate customers.
Promote company travel packages, services, and customized itineraries.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.
Handle client queries, prepare proposals, and convert leads into sales.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at travel events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Key Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in business development/sales within the
travel industry
.
Strong knowledge of travel products, itineraries, destinations, and pricing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
