We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in our retail business segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing sales revenue through effective market engagement and customer management.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand brand presence.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
