The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-net-worth clients, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand presence.
• Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 35 years of experience in business development, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling high-net-worth clients and delivering premium customer service.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
