About Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive
growth in our resource augmentation and staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the
IT, engineering, or professional services sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staffing and resource
augmentation across various industries.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions (contract,
contract-to-hire, permanent).
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing models.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and
upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client
requirements.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales
strategies.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in staffing/resource
augmentation.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing models, and client
engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
