RendersPoint is a leading 3D visualization studio delivering high-quality architectural renders, walkthroughs, and immersive visual content for real estate, interior design, and architecture clients worldwide. Our work spans residential, commercial, and luxury projects, helping clients present ideas clearly and close deals faster.

As we grow, we are looking for a

Business Development Executive

who is comfortable

speaking to clients daily, handling calls, and closing conversations confidently

.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:


Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, networking, and direct client communication.

Client Communication & Calls:


Regularly call potential clients, understand their requirements, explain services clearly, and follow up to move deals forward.

Sales & Presentations:


Pitch 3D visualization services confidently and negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines.

Market Analysis:


Track industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Relationship Management:


Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

Target Achievement:


Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaboration:


Coordinate with the 3D visualization team to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in

client calling, communication, and negotiation

Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and deal closing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in speaking to international clients Ability to explain technical 3D visualization concepts in simple terms Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling
Experience:

2-3 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles

Education:

Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred
