Role: Business Development Executive

Requirement:

Minimum 3 Months of experience in B2b Sales/Pre Sales Experience in

lead generation, inside sales, tele-calling, or digital outreach

Strong understanding of

social media platforms

, especially Instagram and Facebook Good communication skills in

English and Hindi

Comfortable using

WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM tool

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven mindset Familiarity with

e-commerce, courier, logistics domains, and AI tools

is a strong plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and research potential leads on digital platforms such as

Instagram, Facebook, JustDial, LinkedIn, and Google

Use tools and manual methods to extract contact details, especially

WhatsApp numbers

of D2C sellers and small to medium businesses Reach out to leads through

calls, DMs, WhatsApp messages

, and other digital channels Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria like

shipping needs, order volume, and business pain points

Educate prospects about our services and set up

appointments or demos

for the sales team Enter and manage leads in the

CRM system

as per daily/weekly targets Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve

lead-to-client conversion
