. We serve startups, MSMEs, eCommerce businesses, educational institutions, hospitals, retail, and global enterprises. We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives to expand our client base and strengthen market presence.

Role Overview



As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market research skills to convert prospects into long-term business partners.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities through

lead generation, networking, cold calling, and market research

. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Pitch and present Kajkarma's

IT services and digital solutions

to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and campaigns. Prepare proposals, business presentations, and follow up with clients for deal closures. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

set by the company. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client and pipeline data. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Key Skills & Competencies



Excellent

communication and presentation skills

(verbal & written). Strong

negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling

ability. Knowledge of

IT services, software, and digital marketing

is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-oriented mindset with proven sales/BD experience. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online business platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).

Qualifications



1-3 years of relevant experience in

Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition

(preferably in IT or digital marketing industry).
