Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
who will be at the forefront of Skyeone's growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, enjoys fieldwork, and wants to be part of a fast-growing startup.
You will play a key role in identifying, meeting, and onboarding venues and service vendors to the Skyeone platform. You'll be responsible for explaining our value proposition, helping partners go live on the system, and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential
venues and service vendors
(e.g., decorators, caterers, DJs, photographers, etc.) to onboard them onto Skyeone.
Present and explain the
Skyeone platform
, showcasing its benefits and business opportunities for partners.
Facilitate
end-to-end onboarding
-- including profile setup, document collection, and training vendors on using the app.
Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with onboarded partners.
Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback from vendors to support product improvement.
Achieve
weekly and monthly onboarding and revenue targets
.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, tech, marketing) to resolve vendor issues and ensure smooth collaboration.
Represent Skyeone professionally in all interactions, acting as the brand's ambassador in the field.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or vendor onboarding (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Strong
negotiation and presentation
abilities.
Comfort with fieldwork, client visits, and building relationships face-to-face.
Tech-savvy with the ability to explain digital products clearly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
