We're looking for a results-driven and client-focused Business Development professional to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the staffing and recruitment domain.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the staffing and talent solutions domain. Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and key decision-makers across client organizations. Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term strategic partnerships. Collaborate closely with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless execution of client staffing requirements. Understand market trends and client needs to provide customized staffing solutions. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

0.6-2 years of proven experience in business development or client acquisition within the staffing or workforce solutions industry. Strong client network and business relationships in IT, Tech, or FinTech sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in engaging with US/UK clients or exposure to international staffing markets will be an advantage.
