Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits and in-person meetings with business owners across Kerala.
Present and promote Intellectra's service packages including web design, SEO, branding, GMB optimisation, and social media management.
Handle both company-provided leads and generate new prospects independently.
Manage the entire sales cycle -- from lead follow-up to closing deals.
Maintain accurate CRM records with updates on interactions, proposals, and conversions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets with consistency and accountability.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in B2B or digital service sales (2+ years preferred for incentive eligibility).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both face-to-face and virtual meetings.
Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, SEO, and digital marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline tracking.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel locally across Kerala for client visits.
Education
No formal degree required -- we value communication skills, passion, and performance above all.
