We are seeking a passionate Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing hospitality technology company. You'll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new hotel and resort clients.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (GMs, Owners, Directors).
Pitch digital marketing solutions.
Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and lead follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve client onboarding.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality or digital marketing agency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and hotel operations is a plus.
