About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated
Business Development Executive
with proven experience in
IT / SaaS sales
to drive growth and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals, with a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client decision-making psychology.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition by selling
digital solutions
(websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, HR tech, or IT services).
Manage the
entire sales cycle
from lead generation, outreach, demos, and negotiations to contract closure.
Build and maintain a strong
sales pipeline
through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other prospecting methods.
Conduct
consultative sales discussions
to understand client needs and position solutions in terms of ROI, business outcomes, and value creation.
Deliver effective
sales pitches, demos, and presentations
to SMEs and enterprise clients.
Handle objections, negotiations, and contract discussions with confidence.
Work towards achieving and exceeding
monthly/quarterly revenue targets
.
Use
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) to track leads, opportunities, KPIs, and revenue performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Requirements
Proven track record
in IT / SaaS sales with successful deal closures.
Strong knowledge of
B2B sales processes
, including prospecting, lead qualification, and stakeholder management.
Experience in
lead generation tools
like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar.
Excellent
consultative selling skills
with the ability to pitch ROI-focused solutions.
Strong
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
(both written & verbal).
Ability to
meet and exceed sales targets
, with strong reporting and pipeline management.
Familiarity with
CRMs
such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
