This role requires strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy. ? Key Responsibilities o Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for Floxy. o Develop and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings. o Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions using Floxy. o Assist in building and refining sales strategies for market penetration. o Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align customer feedback with product development. o Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools. ? Requirements o Strong communication and presentation skills. o Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling. o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. o Prior experience in business development or sales (preferred but not mandatory). o Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. ?
