Job Overview



We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, and driving revenue by promoting our digital marketing and IT services.



This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to kickstart their career in business development, sales, and digital marketing.



Key Responsibilities



? Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

Generate and nurture leads for digital marketing and IT services.


? Sales & Client Acquisition



Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Negotiate and close deals efficiently, meeting or exceeding sales targets.


? Market Research & Strategy



Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry insights.

Provide feedback and recommendations for business growth strategies.


? Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead status using CRM tools.


Required Skills & Qualifications



? 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.


? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


? Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC, website development) is a plus.


? Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.


? Ability to handle cold calling, lead generation, and client presentations.
